Stew Rog is a Strategy and Operations Principal in Deloitte’s Public Sector industry practice. He has led numerous organizational assessment, business process improvement, and systems requirements engagements in a variety of functional agencies. He has particular experience in the transportation and finance and administration areas. Mr. Rog has also performed market, financial and economic analyses for sports, convention, tourism and related development initiatives. He has been a frequent speaker, authored several articles and contributed toward a book on sports facilities development. Mr. Rog is currently the Lead Client Service Principal for the State of New York. Previously, Mr. Rog has served in other leadership roles including National Industry Leader, Industry Segment Leader, and Regional Managing Principal. He has served in the Public Sector for 31 years. He has a Bachelor of Engineering from The Cooper Union, a Masters of Engineering in Transportation from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern Graduate School of Business.

Lorna L. Stark

Lorna L. Stark is a Partner in KPMG’s Government Advisory Services practice focusing on state and local government clients as well as higher education and not-for-profit entities. Ms. Stark has experience in providing both audit and advisory services to many of KPMG’s most prominent government clients, including the City of New York, the State of New York, and the State of New Jersey. During her career, Ms. Stark has been responsible for leading many large and complex projects and in developing comprehensive reports and other deliverables to meet clients’ needs in the areas of K-12 education, human services, environmental protection, housing, school construction, sanitation, public works, and general government.
Ms Stark is a registered CPA in New York State and New Jersey and is a member of the AICPA, New York State Society of CPAs and Association of Government Accountants. Ms. Stark graduated from the State University of New York, University at Albany, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Ken Sheridan

Ken Sheridan is a Director in PwC’s NYMetro Healthcare Advisory Practice. Mr. Sheridan’s area of expertise is healthcare Provider Revenue Cycle Services. He has worked in healthcare for over thirty years with the last twenty plus being with major national consulting firms. During that time, Mr. Sheridan has provided services to a wide spectrum of providers including Academic Medical Centers, multi-hospital systems, community hospitals, faculty/physician practices and a variety of post acute care providers. Services provided range from revenue cycle redesign to cash and revenue enhancement to IT system selection and implementation to CBO design and implementation and beyond.
Mr. Sheridan is a New York City resident and happy to be able to provide assistance to providers in his hometown.

Dr. Diana Yousef
Independent Consultant
Dr. Yousef currently startups university-technologies in the clean tech, sustainability, life sciences and global health spaces, where she generally takes on the role of acting COO/CSO. Previously, she was a Venture Principal with Kidd and Company, building their early stage biotechnology and clean tech practice, while also working on a portfolio of later stage healthcare and energy private equity deals. At Battelle Ventures, she worked on spinouts and early/seed-stage investments in biotechnology, health care, renewable energies, environmental management, IT and computing technologies. She has also worked for the International Finance Corporation analyzing investments in the life sciences and agriculture. Diana was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, advising clients in multiple industries in the functional areas of go-to-market, pricing and growth strategies; business development; operations; and post-merger integration. Additionally, she helped to establish and manage a UN-backed advisory facility to help private sector organizations identify Base-of-the-Pyramid investment opportunities in developing countries countries.
Dr. Yousef trained as a biochemist at Harvard University (BA) and Cornell University (PhD in Structural Biology and Biochemistry). She also holds an MBA and an MA in International Affairs from Columbia University.
